NUT BUTTER

     Our nut grinding machine will make nut butter for you while you both watch and wait.  Four varieties are available. 

Peanut Butter

Honey Roast (Peanut Butter)

Cashew Butter

Almond Butter

     As these are pure nut butters without preservatives or homogenization techniques used the oil in the nuts will rise to the surface upon standing for a period of time.  Simply stir it back in if this happens before using the nut butter. 

     Generally these nut butters should be used within a couple of weeks after they are ground for optimum taste.  Shelf life can be extended by storing the nut butter in the refrigerator. 

     Many people are familiar with peanut butter without preservatives or processing, but there does not seem to be as much familiarity with other nut butters.
