CHEESES

     Our most popular cheeses are available in the self serve cheese cooler.  They have been sliced and packaged ahead of time to save customer waiting time.  The rest of the cheeses are in our Deli Cabinet.  They are sliced and packaged as needed.  The self serve cheese cooler is next to the Deli Cabinet. 

     Cheeses from the Leraysville Cheese Factory are prepackaged for us by the Cheese Factory and are in our refrigerated cabinet.  They are sold in approximately one pound packages.

     The above cheeses are pre-packed for us by the Leraysville Cheese Factory and are in approximately one pound packages.  The cheese factory is located about a mile from the store; the cheese factory store has numerous additional cheeses not stocked by us.
