Following is a list of additional meats that are available from the John F. Martin Company.  Many other items are available that are not on this list.  These items are not generally stocked in the store but are available for ordering.  They should be ordered several days ahead of our meat delivery every Thursday.  Special orders need not be case quantities, but there is a good discount for ordering by the case. 

Sliced Canadian Bacon - Half pound packages

Pepper Bacon - 12 ounce packages

Maple Bacon - 1 pound packages

Sirloin Chip Steak - 12 ounce packages (frozen)

Boneless Ham Steak - Half pound packages

Whole Semi Boneless Ham - About 15 pounds each

Smoked Shankless Ham - Various weights available from 14 to 18 pounds

Seltzers Sweet Bologna Sticks - 2.5 pound package
